BAD BIRD

My parakeet's an evil bird
	(although we love him oodles):
You see, the cruelest thing he does
	Is torture mother poodles.

Whenever one comes to the house
	With owner, just as dumb,
He screeches, in his raucous voice,
	"Hey, mama, give me some!"--

And rides her back around the room,
	"Hey, mama!" mixed with "tswit" and "tsweet,"
And when the dog, exhausted, lies,
	He bites her on the teat.

As canine yelps and humans gasp
	At this unmitigated gall,
He gives us one last evil look,
	Then waddles down the hall.
